Payment vouchers allow you to track various types of payments, such as:
- Rent
- Utilities
- Insurance
- Maintenance
- Other expenses
Creating an Payment Voucher
To record an payment, follow these steps:
- Select Cash/Bank Account: Choose the cash or bank account from which the payment will be paid.
- Select Payment Account: Choose the payment account to which the payment will be recorded.
- Enter Payment Amount: Enter the amount of the payment.
This feature allows you to efficiently manage and track your payments, providing a clear picture of your financial situation.
