Custom Fields
This document provides the steps to create and manage custom fields.
Create Custom Field
Click the + Create Custom Field button to define a new field. You can set:
- Field Name
- Sequence ID
- Field Type (e.g., text, number, date)
- Module Objects
- Required status
Search by Name
Use the search bar to quickly locate existing custom fields by their name.
View Field List
The table displays all created fields with the following columns:
- Name
- Sequence ID
- Field Type
- Module Objects
- Required
- Created Date
Pagination Controls
Use the dropdown to select how many entries to display per page. Navigate between pages using the pagination buttons and input field.
- If no fields are created, the table will show “No Records Found.”
- Custom fields are module-specific and help tailor data capture to operational needs.
- Only users with configuration access can create or manage custom fields.
- Changes are reflected instantly across relevant modules.
