1. Sales Order By Monthly
This report provides a summary of sale orders by month, offering insights into sales trends and performance over time.
Report Details
- Sale Order Number
- Customer Name
- Order Date
- Total Sale Amount
- Status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed)
Date Range: Select specific months or a range of months
Customer: Filter by specific customer(s) or customer group(s)
Status: Filter by sale order status (e.g., Pending, In Progress, Completed)

4. Customer Ledger
Track customer-wise financial transactions including sales, receipts, and running balances—ensuring accurate account reconciliation and payment tracking.
Ledger Table Columns:
- Transaction Date – Date of financial activity.
- Transaction Code – Unique reference (e.g., SI-0001 for Sales Invoice, RV-0001 for Receipt Voucher).
- Memo – Optional notes or remarks (currently blank).
- Debit – Amount owed by the customer (e.g., sales).
- Credit – Amount paid by the customer (e.g., receipts).
- Running Balance – Real-time account balance after each transaction.
Key Observations
- All transactions occurred on the same date, indicating batch processing or settlement.
- Running balance shows accurate adjustment after each receipt.
- Final balance of 0.00 confirms full payment received against the invoice.
Ledger Handling Instructions:
- Ideal for finance, accounts receivable, and audit teams.
- Helps track overdue payments, partial settlements, and customer credit limits.

5. Customer Closing Balance

- Customer Category – Classification (e.g., gaming customer, service).
- Customer Name – Individual or business account holder.
- Opening Balance – Starting balance at the beginning of the period.
