Maintain a centralized directory of all registered customers, capturing essential contact and classification data to support communication, segmentation, and reporting across departments.

1. Customer-Level Configuration

This module enables users to view, create, and manage customer records. Each entry includes:

  • Customer Code & Name – Unique identifier and full name of the customer.
  • Customer Category – Classification label (e.g., Gaming Customer) for segmentation.
  • Phone Number – Primary contact number for communication.
  • Email – Registered email address for correspondence.
  • Address – Full residential or commercial location for delivery or verification.
  • System Association – Indicates the ERP system in use (e.g., Axon ERP).

The interface includes the following options:

  • Create Customer – Add a new customer record manually.
  • Import – Bulk upload customer data via file.
  • Export – Download customer records for external use.
  • Search by Name – Quickly locate customers using their name.
  • Filters – Apply category or location-based filters to refine the list.

2. Customer Management Insights

  • Consistent categorization (e.g., “Gaming Customer”) supports targeted marketing and service delivery.
  • Accurate contact details enable direct communication and reduce service delays.
  • Address fields support logistics, verification, and audit readiness.
  • Search and filter tools enhance usability for large datasets.

3. Operational Guidance

  • Use this module to maintain a clean, searchable customer database across departments.
  • Ideal for sales teams, support staff, and ERP administrators.
  • Supports CRM workflows, customer segmentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure customer categories align with business logic and reporting needs.

4. Creating a Customer

Click the Create Customer button and fill in the following fields:

  • Name (required)
  • Customer Category (required)
  • Customer Code (auto-generated)
  • Price Type (optional)
  • Address (optional)
  • City (optional)
  • Province (optional)
  • Registration Type (optional)
  • Email (optional)
  • Phone (optional)
  • NTN Number (optional)
  • CNIC Number (optional)
  • Payment Terms (optional)
  • Order Booker (optional)
  • Routes (optional)

5. Column Customization

Click the column settings icon to customize visible columns. Available columns: Name, Created Date, Batch Id, Entity Category, Phone, Email, Address, Entity Code, Ntn Number, Cnic Number, Province, Registration Type, City, Route Name.
