1. Item legder

The Inventory Quantity Movement Report provides a detailed summary of inventory movements.

Report Details

  • Item code and description
  • Warehouse location
  • Quantity received
  • Quantity issued
  • Quantity transferred
  • Quantity adjusted
  • Current stock level
  • Date and time of movement

This report helps track inventory changes, identify trends, and make informed decisions about inventory management.

2. Inventory quantity summary

Provides a comprehensive overview of inventory quantities.

Report Details

  • Total quantity on hand include purchase, sale, adjustment opening and closing
  • Quantity available for sale
  • Quantity on order
  • Quantity in transit

Features:

3. Inventory value movement

Tracks changes in inventory value over time.

Report Details

  • Total value of inventory
  • Value of inventory received
  • Value of inventory issued

4. Inventory value summary

Provides a snapshot of current inventory value.

5. Inventory profit margin

Provides a comprehensive overview of inventory.

Report Details

  • Total Revenue
  • Total Cost
  • Net Profit
  • Average Profit per Item
  • Cost of Goods Sold (CGS) calculation.
  • Sales Return accounting
  • Sales Return transaction wise.

Detailed Analysis:

  • Item-wise Profit Margin
  • Cost-wise Profit Margin
  • Transaction wise Profit Margin
  • CGS Breakdown by Item/Category
  • Sales Return Analysis by Item/Category.

Features:

  • Date Filter: View summary by date range (daily, monthly, yearly)
  • Search Filter: Find specific items by name, code, or description.

The user can also print all reports, track inventory details, analyze inventory stock for profitability, and make informed decisions to enhance profitability.

6. Inventory Transaction Details

Purpose Statement:

Track item-level inventory transactions with complete visibility into quantities, rates, outstanding stock, and system linkage—ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and audit readiness.

Inventory Transaction Panel

Inventory Table Columns:

  • Transaction Code – Unique identifier for each inventory transaction.
  • Item Name – Name of the stock item involved.
  • Quantity – Number of units transacted.
  • Rate – Per-unit rate applied during transaction.
  • Amount – Total transaction value.
  • Balance Amount – Remaining financial balance post-transaction.
  • Balance Stock – Remaining stock quantity after transaction.
  • SI Outstanding Stock / SR Outstanding Stock – Pending stock linked to Sales Invoice or Sales Return.
  • SI/SR Outstanding Link ID – System-generated linkage to related documents.
  • SR Source ID – Reference to originating Sales Return.
  • Detail ID – Internal identifier for line-level tracking.
  • Line Type – Defines transaction nature (e.g., Sale, Return, Adjustment).
  • Transaction Date – Date of inventory movement.

Usage Notes:

  • This panel is essential for backend reconciliation and audit trails.
  • Outstanding stock fields help identify pending deliveries or returns.
  • Link IDs ensure traceability across modules (e.g., Sales, Returns).
  • Ideal for warehouse, finance, and audit teams managing real-time inventory.

7. Warehouse Wise Stock Report

Monitor item-wise stock distribution across multiple warehouses, identify shortages, and maintain centralized visibility for inventory planning and reconciliation.

Warehouse Stock Summary

Stock Table Columns:

  • Category – Type of inventory item.
  • Item – Item code and name (e.g., 10101 – Headphones).
  • Main Store – Quantity available in the primary warehouse.
  • Riyadh Waseem – Quantity available in the secondary warehouse.
  • Total – Combined stock across all listed warehouses.

Key Observations:

  • Negative stock values in Main Store indicate shortages or reconciliation issues.
  • Riyadh Waseem shows zero stock for all listed items.
  • Total column reflects cumulative stock, matching Main Store due to absence in other locations.

8. Reorder Report

Identify inventory items that have fallen below their defined minimum stock levels, enabling timely procurement decisions and preventing stockouts across critical categories.

Report Table Columns:

  • Item – Unique item code and description (e.g., 10101 – Headphones).
  • Minimum Stock – Predefined threshold for each item.
  • Closing Balance – Current stock level as of report date.

Low Stock Analysis

  • Items like Headphones, Speakers, and Gaming Console show negative closing balances, indicating urgent reorder need.
  • Items with 0.00 balance (e.g., TV, Camera, Printer) are at risk and should be monitored.
  • The report highlights gaps between required stock levels and actual availability.

9. Item Closing Report

Summarize final inventory balances for each item, highlighting discrepancies in closing quantities and enabling reconciliation across stock, valuation, and audit records.

Closing Stock Summary

Key Table Columns:

  • Item Category – Classification of inventory (e.g., Inventory item).
  • Item – Unique item code and description (e.g., 10101 – Headphones).
  • UOM (Unit of Measure) – Standard unit for stock tracking (e.g., Each).
  • Closing Quantity – Final stock count; negative values indicate shortages or misalignment.
  • Average Rate – Average cost per unit; currently listed as 0.00 for all items.
  • Closing Amount – Total value of closing stock; currently 0.00, indicating missing valuation data.

Highlighted Items:

  • All listed items (e.g., Headphones, Gaming Console, Microphone) show negative closing quantities.
  • Zero average rates and closing amounts suggest valuation data is either missing or not updated.
