Project Wise Material Issue
Project Wise Material Issue allows you to issue inventory items against a specific project.
Project Wise Material Issue lets you view and issue pending inventory items linked to a project, tracking BOQ quantity, total issued, and balance quantity.
Overview
To use this feature, first select the required filters at the top:
- Project (required) — Select the project to view its pending items
- Employee (required) — Select the employee responsible for the issue
- Warehouse (required) — Select the warehouse from which items will be issued
Once a project is selected, the list displays the following columns: Item Name, UOM, BOQ Quantity, Total Issued, Issue Quantity, and Balance Quantity.
Creating a Material Issue
After selecting the project, employee, and warehouse, select the items you want to issue and click Create Material Issue to generate the material issue record.
