HR Reports

The HR Reports section provides reports to assist in workforce decision-making.


HR Reports provide detailed insights into employee financial transactions and activity, supporting payroll tracking and audit readiness.

Employee Ledger

Track employee-wise financial transactions including debits, credits, and running balances.

To use this report:

  • Employee — Search and select the employee
  • Date Range — Default is Last 6 Months, can be customized

The Employee Ledger displays the following columns:

  • Transaction Date – Date of the financial transaction
  • Transaction Code – Unique reference code for the transaction
  • Type – Type of transaction
  • Memo – Optional notes or remarks
  • Debit – Amount debited
  • Credit – Amount credited
  • Closing Balance – Running balance after each transaction

The report can be exported or downloaded using the icons in the top right corner.
