HR Reports
The HR Reports section provides reports to assist in workforce decision-making.
HR Reports provide detailed insights into employee financial transactions and activity, supporting payroll tracking and audit readiness.
Employee Ledger
Track employee-wise financial transactions including debits, credits, and running balances.
To use this report:
- Employee — Search and select the employee
- Date Range — Default is Last 6 Months, can be customized
The Employee Ledger displays the following columns:
- Transaction Date – Date of the financial transaction
- Transaction Code – Unique reference code for the transaction
- Type – Type of transaction
- Memo – Optional notes or remarks
- Debit – Amount debited
- Credit – Amount credited
- Closing Balance – Running balance after each transaction
The report can be exported or downloaded using the icons in the top right corner.
