3. Validate the Data; Run the validation process to check for missing information, formatting issues, or duplicate entries.
4. Resolve Any Errors; Review and correct any highlighted errors before proceeding.
5. Confirm the Upload; Once all issues are resolved and validation is successful, confirm to complete the vendor upload process.
